|Position Description:||Blau & Associates is seeking energetic, determined, and seasoned individuals to fill Sous Chef positions in our rapidly growing restaurant group. Our company is expanding and chosen candidates will have ample opportunity for growth within our team. Our restaurants include Honey Salt, Buddy V's, and Simon Restaurant & Lounge. We will be opening Made LV, an American Tavern in Tivoli Village in August and a new steakhouse at Downtown Summerlin.|
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of Sous Chef experience in a full service, high volume outlet as well as the ability to lead a team of dedicated individuals.
