Our South Florida based multi-unit brand is exploding into the Brooklyn food scene this summer! We are currently looking for an Executive Chef who has experience in multi-outlet operations; or has lead a team of culinary professionals in a restaurant setting that included a QSR and private event space. Mexican or Spanish cuisine experience mandatory for all applicants. All applicants should have experience in restaurant operations grossing in excess of $5 million a year, with 3-5 years minimum as an Executive/Head Chef.
