|Position Description:||POSITION: BANQUET SOUS CHEF|
INTERESTS : Must be willing to relocate to Sioux City in Nebraska / Iowa / Dakota region. Seeking person interested in assisting the Chef with Banquets /Events at one of the premier restaurants and conference facilities in this region located in our partners business conference hotel. www.kahills.net www.marina-inn.com
QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking Sous Chef with experience to work, direct and supervise high volume banquet kitchen operations with strong hands-on prep and cooking skills and approach. Able to plan, build, coordinate and manage food delivery for multiple functions. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning, custom menu development and inventory control. Need ability to train staff and monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team-building skills, high energy and quality orientation.
PROPERTY INFORMATION : Our restaurant is Kahills Steak Chop and Seafood, an upscale Steak / Chop House done in dark hardwoods with beautiful river view. Ala carte menu, $ 50 + dinner check average, 150 bottle wine list, Martini list and private executive party rooms.
