Charlie was a sinner. is located right in the middle of Midtown Village in Philadelphia, one of the busiest streets in Center City. |
Charlie's family style menu introduces new dishes to the public that encompass creativity and skill, yet are familiar to the everyday guest. Dishes include vegan buccatini and meatballs and Maryland Style Crab Cakes.
Chef Santoro and the team are looking for a highly professional candidate that can bring his/her own creativity and skills. Someone that is looking to expand their knowledge of plant based food, running the kitchen, weekly inventory, quality control and more.
Position is available immediately. Three to five year high end restaurant experience is a must.
