|Position Description:||Whisknladle Hospitality is opening our 5th location, we're going in a new and exciting direction and opening a completely new concept. Welcome, Catania; a coastal Italian concept. |
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine that can collaborate with Chef/Owner Ryan Johnston and Catania Executive Chef to build and create exciting items for our menu.
We specialize in Seasonal, Simple, Rustic, Farm to Table Scratch cooking and are proud of our perpetually changing menus and our efforts to advance the dining scene in San Diego.
