|Position Description:||The Lodge at Glendorn seeks a pastry chef to join the team. |
The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication, and organizational skills.
The Pastry Chef will develop new dessert menus for the restaurant and special events. A minimum of two years in the pastry field as well as a degree from a culinary arts program is preferred. eExperience with specialty cakes and wedding cakes is also desirable. Ability to work with naturally levin breads each day for the restaurant. The Pastry Chef is also responsible for creating and preparing desserts that will be served in the restaurant using fresh, local, and seasonal items.
