Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine have worked in the famed kitchens of Per Se, The French Laundry, Bouchon, Michael Mina, El Bulli, Alinea, Ink, Quince, Gary Danko, and a combined 16 Michelin Star restaurants...The ultimate goal of the restaurant is to attain a Michelin Star and the Pastry Chef is a vital part of that team and vision...
Chef will have complete control to develop dessert menus, cheese menu, mignardes, and house made ice creams..
Must have fine dining experience but preferably Michelin Star experience...
