Position Description:Seeking Chef de Cuisine for our award winning flagship restaurant in Washington DC, FIOLA. The Chef de Cuisine, in conjunction with the executive chef, leads the day to day operations of the kitchen and collaborates to create new dishes for the menu.

Now in it's third year, Fiola is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including:

Our chef owner, Fabio Trabocchi, was named Best Chef - Mid Atlantic in 2006 by the James Beard Foundation. We are a growing restaurant group specializing in Italian cuisine in Washington DC, and Fiola represents a contemporary bridge to the elegance of the past and traditional approaches to Italian cooking.

It is important that Chef de Cuisine has experience with Italian food and in a fine dining environment.
