Seeking experienced Sous Chefs to lead the opening team of a new restaurant, in the heart of Allentown's renaissance.
Qualified candidates will have:
An excellent knowledge & background in high end culinary operations. Including, but not limited to: whole animal fabrication, sauces & stocks, seasonal & local ingredient selection, sausage production, from scratch menu items, and establishing relationships with local farms. A strong business management skill set that includes HR, food safety program implementation, and financial statements.
-experience working in acclaimed restaurants with positive references from prior employers
-a culinary degree from an accredited university or comparable experience
