Position Description:Located at the foot of Mount Mansfield in the quintessential New England village of Stowe, Topnotch Resort is a year-round destination. Re-opened in 2013 following a nearly $15M investment, the iconic property which is an AAA 4-diamond and Preferred Boutique Resort, offers an authentic Vermont experience with an updated look. A new arrival experience, lobby, guestrooms, meeting and event space and outdoor venue, a new restaurant and bar and a re-conceived restaurant (formerly known as Norma's) are the latest additions to the storied retreat in the Green Mountains.

We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary team! Ideal candidates will possess:

-A.O.S. in Culinary Arts or related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years' Supervisory Chef experience (preferably in fine dining or upscale business establishments).

-Able to lead, train, motivate, and evaluate kitchen team for optimum performance.

-Able to develop, cost, and implement menus that are creative, innovative, and healthy while exceeding the expectations of quality and value for members and guests.

-Must also have mathematical skills to compute costs

-Proficiency with computer applications related to food management/cost accounting programs.

Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
