This person will be in charge for the daily operations of the kitchen, and provides professional leadership, ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
