The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of kitchen staff, sanitation, safety, and guest service. Supervises food production and assists in administration of kitchen services in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
At least 5 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic. A Fayette County Food Handler Card or ServSafe Certification is required upon hire. A criminal background check is required.
