We are seeking a Sous Chef with: **2 to 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service, high volume restaurant **Solid butchering skills **Wants to explore modern technique **Culinary degree preferred but not required **Strong kitchen and leadership skills with a proven ability to coach staff **Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work load in a deadline-driven, demanding environment **Must be organized, self-motivate, proactive, with a strong attention to detail **Proficient computer skills
