Federal Restaurant Group is currently seeking a Head Chef who is creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic about food to lead the kitchen of their flag ship restaurant, The Federal Restaurant & Bar in Agawam, Ma. Opportunity to work under an award winning Executive Chef who is passionate and driven.
Over 2 yrs on-the-job experience required in fine-dining kitchens with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.
Culinary graduate preferred.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
Small restaurant group started in 2002 consisting of a 160 seat fine dining restaurant in Agawam, Ma a 70 seat wine bar & kitchen in West Hartford, Ct and a full service catering company. We have received many awards including a recent "Excellent" rating by The New York Times. We are in the planning stages of a third full service restaurant and are looking to fill a Chef de Cuisine position at our restaurant in Ma.
