|Position Description:||We are looking to hire a proven Culinary Professional or Professionals to join our team. We are seeking leaders with proven results in restaurant/culinary management who are passionate about hospitality and culinary excellence.|
The applicant must have expertise in inventory control, food and labor cost control, scheduling and food waste and sanitation management.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, self-motivated, willing to work flexible hours with an emphasis on weekends, a sense of humor is beneficial. We try to offer a five day work week when possible. Supervisory experience is a MUST in this position.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
