Position Description:Burntside Lodge is a seasonal restaurant in Northern Minnesota seeking a talented sous chef to join our team. Our restaurant serves Modern American cuisine with a rustic European influence. The use of quality ingredients is key to our culinary philosophy, complemented by a passionate, driven staff that is committed to culinary growth. We are a destination restaurant and have been included in 1000 Places to See Before You Die, and have received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 15+ years. Our family owned environment fosters creativity and encourages excellence.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented sous chef to continue strengthening our reputation for fresh, high quality cuisine. Our season extends from the mid-May through the end of September.
