Position Description:Successful French alpine restaurant in Aspen is looking for an Executive Chef.

Requirements:

Creative spirit & talent
Passion for cooking
Love for details and for beautifully decorated plates
Happy positive attitude
Experienced in working with high-end clientele
Well-trained in French cuisine
Must be able to work in a very small, fast-paced kitchen
Excellent references
Must be experienced in running kitchens as an executive chef
Great team-leading skills
Food-cost oriented
Spanish language skills are a plus

Benefits:
The restaurant operates seasonally, i.e. Nov-April and June-Sept. Hence, our staff enjoys 10 weeks of vacation. Low food-cost bonus can be earned. (No health insurance plans are offered).
