Applicants to this position must reside within a 90 mile radius of the property.
Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop.
Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as other club outlets, which include three full service restaurants.
A minimum of two years in the pastry field is required.
And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred.
Ability to do decorative showpieces for buffets is also desirable.
