Vers Restaurant and Patisserie is seeking a year-round Executive Sous Chef. Ideal candidate is passionate about food, has prior experience in a modern cuisine kitchen, maintains high service standards, has a strong work ethic, is organized and is a natural leader.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: prep for daily service, working stations on the line, receiving product, managing team members, communicating with vendors, helping develop menus and specials, overseeing meal periods, expediting meal periods, maintaining sanitation, stepping in for the executive chef, and keeping morale and efficiency at top level.
