A minimum of 8 years' recent practical experience in restaurant management including a sound knowledge of all aspects of wine service, pairing and storage. Superior organization and communication skills for dealing with diverse duties. A level-headed demeanor and customer service expertise required to enhance patron/staff relations. A Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferred.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-overall business performance of the restaurant; -analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability; -organizing marketing activities and promotional events; -preparing budgets and weekly reports to include cost control and sales; -planning and coordinating menus; -inventory checks and ordering supplies; -daily staff management and shift scheduling; -recruiting, training and motivating staff; -maintaining the highest standards of quality control, hygiene, health and Safety; -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OpenTable, Quickbooks and Aloha; Offer per annum CI$50 - 65,000.
