|Position Description:||Upscale, High-Volume Beachfront Restaurant in Long Branch is seeking a full-time, experienced F&B professional to oversee staff and venue operations.|
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining a wine and spirits list
- Weekly wine, beer and liquor inventory
- Managing and educating FOH staff on food and wine
- Opening and closing of the restaurant
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years management experience in a fast paced environment as well as a broad knowledge of food, wine and spirits (including knowledge of cost control) that translates into increased beverage sales and enhanced guest relationships.
