|Position Description:||Pastry Chef for Inn 1 1/2 hours west of DC, near town of 80,000.|
Seeking Pastry Chef responsible for ordering, cooking, baking and executing; someone to be part of a team creating the best and freshest cuisine with modern techniques and plating.
We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box,is organized, fast-paced, and eager to be creative. Pastry chef is responsible for entire station: ice creams, breakfast breads, muffins, pastries, sweets for afternoon, wedding cakes, chocolates, petit fours, scones, muffins, Brioche, cookies, sweets and breads.
Experience is necessary, unless you are one of the magical few (and there are some)that have great skills because you are a natural.
