Executive Pastry Chef

Company Name:The Otesaga Resort Hotel
This position requires candidates to have a US work permit. Please do not apply if you are not legally able to work in the United States.
Position Description:Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop.

Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as other resort outlets, which include five full service restaurants.

A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required.

And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred.

Ability to do decorative showpieces for buffets and ability to decorate wedding cakes.

This position reports to the Executive Chef. Our resort offers competitive salaries with benefits free meal, free cleaning of work clothing, medical, dental, 401k and FSA.

The Hotel is available to groups during the off-season who book at least 60 rooms per night.
