|Position Description:||Cure restaurant: Owned and operated by Chef Justin Severino, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's Lawrenceville neighborhood. Moving into our 3rd successful year, we are seeking highly skilled and dedicated team members to join our kitchen force. We are a small energetic group looking for the right cook to bring more fire.|
Cure is focused on local, urban, Mediterranean cuisine. We work closely with the region's many farms and farmers to procure our local and sustainably raised animals and produce.
Candidates will possess the following:
A true dedication and passion for the culinary arts.
Ability to work long hours with open availability.
Able to work efficiently and closely with others.
Willingness to learn and work all line stations.
Able to communicate well and take instruction and direction.
Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
Motivated by achieving goals as a team.
Must understand sanitation and have high standards for working neat.
Possess confidence, but not arrogance.
