We are currently seeking a Pastry Cook to enhance our already superior team.
We are seeking a candidate who works with a high level of integrity, communicating and demonstrating efficiency in our culture of "fantality"; half-way between fantasy and reality.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and have the ability to meet the expectations of a 5 Star/5 Diamond property. Previous bakery/pastry experience is required. The ideal candidate will be a culinary school graduate with a degree in baking and pastry arts.
NOTE: This opening is for a PLATER position for dinner service. This is not a production position. High sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure restaurant kitchen environment are critical to success in this position.
