Seeking an experienced Line Cook capable of handling multiple positions in the kitchen. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant. A culinary degree is preferred, with a NYC Food Handlers certificate. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers and management.
Responsibilities include the following: Plan, prep, and set up of food. Must keep an organized work area, possess excellent knife skills, and follow all Health Codes. Must be able to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable with a passion for restaurant kitchen work.
