Creative, Modern, Outstanding new restaurant seeks HEAD CHEF and SOUS CHEFS for three elite Philadelphia positions.
Qualified candidates will have:
-a strong command of high end cookery (fresh pasta, bread, protein fabrication, whole animal, scratch cooking, sauce-work, and ingredient selection) and thorough business management skills (HR, Financial, food safety)
-a culinary degree from an accredited university
-extensive experience working in a well-rated restaurant and favorable references from prior employers
