Position Description:Spot Dessert Bar is looking for an Executive Pastry Chef who's
willing to join this Spot team in a process of becoming a global franchise.

General Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Chef Ian Kittichai (Iron Chef of Thailand) and his Cuisine Concept Team to review the pastry standards and maintain them
- self disciplined / hard worker/ dedicated/ passionate
- Prepares all food items as in a sanitary and timely manner.
- high emphasis on presentation and quality as set by the restaurant.
while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills.

Job Qualifications
Experience/ Knowledge:
- Prior pastry chef experience required or preferred or at least Assistant at high level to a larger outfit
- Pastry Degree preferred or at least 5 years of continuous cooking experience in a distinguished establishment.
- Advance knowledge in plated desserts, wedding cakes and banquet pastry production.

- Professional communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.

Must be able to work evenings, some weekends and some holidays.
Must be able to speak, read and understand advanced cooking directions.

Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop. minimum of five years in the pastry field is required.
