The 115 seat space is open 7 days a week for dinner. In about a month, we will be open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday and need to add more talent to the team. This go to spot for incredible fare is seeking awesome, hard working team players! Our open kitchen features a gorgeous wood fired grill. The late night dining makes it an industry destination spot.
We have opportunities to grow cooks and leaders in ways we never did before. With two dynamic restaurants devoted to the cooking incredible food with the best ingredients available -it is a cooks dream!
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
