Position Description:SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas is hiring an Executive Chef & a Sous Chef!

The Executive Chef is an integral member of the Company's leadership team and is responsible for leading, supervising and overseeing all aspects of the back of house operations. The focus of the Executive Chef will be on Back of House Training, Food Quality and Cost Control, Standardization and Operation procedures, and the overall Culinary Development of the SUSHISAMBA Brand.

An Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and valid food safety certification required. Must have a minimum of 5 years managing a culinary team, preferably in 4/5 star hotels or restaurants. A minimum of 5 years experience in Latin and Asian cuisine preferred.

The Sous Chef will work directly under the Executive Chef and must be able to assume responsibility in his/her absence. While the Sous Chef may help out with menu planning and ordering, the primary responsibility will be to manage the staff and make sure that food is prepared, plated and served properly and efficiently. An Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and valid food safety certification required. 1 to 3 years management experience and a minimum 2 years experience in Latin and Asian cuisine are preferred.
