Second-in-Command assisting the Executive Chef, our Sous Chef will manage all food related functions and works to continually improve guest satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. The Sous Chef will also assist in supervising and managing staff and all kitchen areas to ensure food quality and consistency.
The successful candidate must be able to recognize superior quality food products, able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment while possessing a positive attitude, be a team player and is able to lead, train, and motivate staff, have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a high command of the English language. The ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion is a must.
