Adjunct Faculty, Culinary Arts
Required: A degree or diploma in Hotel, Restaurant, Culinary Arts or related field from a recognized institution.
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field, B.S. in Hotel or Restaurant Management or Registered Dietitian.
Required: Three years work experience in Hospitality Industry. Certifiable by the American Culinary Federation.
Preferred: Five years work experience in Hospitality Industry. Teaching experience at a community college or trade school.
