Emeril's Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated, passionate sous chef to help lead the team of Chef Emeril Lagasse's original flagship restaurant located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Candidates must be able to thrive in a challenging environment.
Mature leadership and managerial qualities, superior cooking skills and creativity are necessary prerequisites. At least 3 years sous chef experience in other high end restaurant kitchens is preferred. This is where it all started for Chef Emeril, and continues to this day.
