|Dining Room Manager/Sommelier|

|Position Description:||Intimate luxury property with fine dining restaurant seeking experienced dining room manager to direct dining room operations. Qualified person will be in charge of hiring, training and managing small knowledgeable staff for all meal services. |
Strong knowledge of wines and food pairings is required as well as the ability to set a positive energetic tone with perfect service delivery. Desire to work as a team between the front of the office and back of the house a must.
Prior experience a minimum of five years in a fine dining is required.
Base salary and working server shifts provides outstanding compensation, strong benefit package also included.
