Part of the creative team, reporting directly to the Chef/Owner, the Executive Sous Chef manages the daily operations of the kitchen, providing professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly and clean kitchen. Coordinates ordering, menu engineering, cost control,supervision and training of staff.
Candidates must be energetic and enthusiastic,able to handle all aspects of a busy hotel kitchen, from banquets to in-room, to the employee cafeteria. Previous experience in luxury or fine dining establishment is REQUIRED. Must have hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse staff.

LT Napa Partners LLC is the parent company for Chef Ken Frank. We own and operate the Food and Beverage department in The Westin Verasa, Napa. We have two restaurants and bars, most notably La Toque, with a Michelin Star, and handle the banquet department as well as in-room dining for this 180 room property in the Napa Valley.
