Job Description: The Mayflower Renaissance Washington DC Hotel seeks a Senior Sous Chef to join the Renaissance Team.
The Senior Sous Chef works with the Sr. Restaurant Chef and some banquet; New restaurant with contemporary bar; $5 .5 million; Manage up to 25; scratch cooking; union experience; strong union experience preferred; working chef background;.
Relocation is offered.
Education and Experience
-High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management or related professional area.
-2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
