Position Description:Do you have a passion for creating tasty, imaginative cuisine with a bit of spice? Are you looking for a position that allows an outlet for your creativity? We specialize in Southwestern cuisine. Chefs that we follow and inspire us are Stephen Pyles, Rick Bayless, and Charlie Palmer. Masa restaurant is seeking to add an energetic, organized and creative chef to our management team. Responsibilities will include leading teams of line and prep cooks, product procurement, food and labor cost management, menu development and quality assurance. Masa is a well established restaurant in Boston's South End, with a reputation for excellent food, spirits and service where chili peppers and tequila rule. Our menu utilizes fresh New England produce done in a Southwestern style of cooking and flavoring. We currently have two award winning locations, and a third new concept is in the works.
