Preferred candidates for the hot line position will have worked the last two to three years in a recognizable fine dining restaurant. Candidates for entry-level positions should have six months to one year of experience. We are looking for cooks with relevant current fine dining experience.
A strong work ethic and desire to grow and learn as a cook are important. Oceana is open seven days a week, all candidates need to be flexible with schedule.
