Position Description:L'Auberge Provencale in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, one hour from DC Beltway. Immediate opening for a Chef Tournant at nationally acclaimed French Country Inn. We are looking for a chef who is well rounded in all facets of the kitchen from savory to pastry. Our team of chefs would like to see a candidate that is creative, willing to work all stations, and a team player.

Candidate must have culinary experience and be a graduate of culinary school. This is a farm to table restaurant and we are seeking someone who would like to incorporate the best and freshest procured locally to create stellar dishes. Modern cooking techniques with a ground in classical is desired.

Experience in high end restaurants a plus. Good working conditions with pleasant staff seeking pleasant co-worker who is self motivated, creative and willing to jump in where needed. Our guests are the number one priority and pleasing them with great food is a way to celebrate all that is best in the restaurant and inn.
