QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking Sous Chef with previous kitchen management experience. Must be able to supervise line and prep kitchen operations. Must have strong hands-on line skills. Need some skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning and inventory control. Need ability to train and develop staff and line supervsiors. Must be able to monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team leading skills, high energy and quality orientation.

Kitchen features wood burning oven and semi-exhibition cook?s line. Seating up to 250 including bar seating with custom designed patio seating.
