|Position Description:||Burger Up 12th South Nashville is looking to hire a General Manager. This person must excel in leading people, setting clear expectations while executing owner's vision. We have many FOH staff since day 1 - over 3 years ago, so the commitment is there. Your job is to refine policies/procedures, liaison between accountant and owner, make purchases from set budget, work closely with PR firm and most importantly relentless in delivering hospitality and experience that exceed expectations of guests. |
We have a culture rich in community and respect for one another.
Additionally you will oversee entire operation of restaurant including Kitchen Manager and bookkeeper. You will make sure all FOH staff is set up to succeed in their position by being thoroughly trained prior to guest interaction.
Basically the entire restaurant's operation will be your responsibility and we will make sure you have all necessary tools to do that well.
