Position Description:Oceana has openings for pastry cooks
Oceana, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Midtown celebrating global seafood and pastry, has an opportunity for a pastry cook inspired by learning and working with seasonal contemporary desserts rooted in classical French technique. Oceana has a state-of-the-art pastry kitchen and bakes its own artisanal breads in-house.

Candidates should have a culinary degree in baking and pastry or at least 1 year current restaurant pastry cook experience, preferably in fine dining.

Join Executive Chef Ben Pollinger and Executive Pastry Chef Joseph Gabriel in a positive, professional work environment. A strong work ethic and desire to grow and learn as a cook are important. Oceana is open seven days a week, all candidates need to be flexible with schedule.
