|Position Description:||South End in New Canaan, CT is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager. The Restaurant Manager is a full time position and supports the General Manager to ensure compliance of all restaurant standards. |
-2+ years high volume restaurant management experience.
-2+ years of fine dining management, with a focus on service management and a proven track record of superior results.
-Must be efficient with an eye for detail.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff and instill teamwork for excellent service results.
- Strong Wine and Food Knowledge a must and experience with Micros and OpenTable a definite plus
