We are a 5 star resort in the Southeast United States. Our dinner only, rustic Italian restaurant is looking for a Chef de Cuisine. The object is to bring the menu to a more creative and exciting level and the food to greater heights as well.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuusine or Executive Chef (though this is a HANDS ON position) in a high profile, highly regarded restaurant inside a hotel property or in a free standing restaurant.
