Fifth Group Restaurants, located in Atlanta GA, is searching for an experienced Executive Chef for our restaurant Ecco. Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of sophisticated European foods and previous experience leading a kitchen of a nationally acclaimed restaurant.
Expectations include motivation to instill and maintain culinary excellence and to consistently exemplify and uphold our reputation as a preferred dining choice and industry leader. However, our EC's are much more than that. They also possess an unfailing and cohesive management style, in addition to culinary knowledge and skills.
General responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, making discerning financial decisions, developing staff as well as systems and committing to guest satisfaction, in a commendable manner.
Specific requirements include minimum five years experience as Executive Chef in an upscale dining concept, exceptional creativity, P&L/food cost/purchasing/inventory proficiency, staffing capabilities and dedication to employee and Sous Chef development. Competent communication and organizational skills are also significant.
