|Position Description:||Gold Strike Casino Resort, a MGM Resorts International property located in Mississippi, is currently seeking Sous Chefs who are creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic to assist in preparing fabulous dishes and quality meals. Gold Strike is opeing its grand, new Buffet in May and is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef with extensive experience in Asian cusinine, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Chinese and Monogolian style cooking for the Mongolian Grill in the Buffet.|
Must have 6 years on-the-job experience required in high volume kitchens with Cantonese, Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin and Mongolian style cooking experience. Also must have at least 1 year supervisory experience. Culinary graduate preferred.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
