We have added line positions; we have added a Sous Chef position; we are focusing on a work/life balance for cooks; we have developed a system of manageable schedules that will allow you to work with the best product in a teaching kitchen - a dream come true.
Now - for the first time we are considering a high level Chef de Cuisine position for Craigie on Main as we open our new restaurant -the Kirkland Tap and Trotter - on the Cambridge/Somerville line.
We have our 12-foot long, six-foot wide Molteni cooking suite; our quality without compromise product; and now we want you!

At Craigie no job is too big or too small, so "prima-donnas" need not apply.
