|Position Description:||Marking its third restaurant in the region, SUSHISAMBA Coral Gables located in the heart of Miracle Mile - Miami's business and cultural center, will deliver a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture and cuisine to the area. This new destination adds to the already impressive Samba Brands Management Florida portfolio, which includes James Beard nominated SUGARCANE raw bar grill in Midtown and internationally renowned SUSHISAMBA in Miami Beach.|
SUSHISAMBA is a frontrunner in the hospitality industry and each one of our employees contributes to our success.
We are looking for a Sushi Chef and a Sushi Sous Chef with at least 3 years of experience with Japanese cuisine.
He/she will be responsible for overseeing quality of seafood products as well as inspecting all supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure company standards. He/She creates and develops unique food offerings that provide our guests with a variety of selections of top quality cuisine that represent the SUSHISAMBA brand.
