Position Description:The Naked Oyster Bistro and Raw Bar in, Hyannis, MA is seeking a chef.

The Bistro has been established since 1989, featuring regional seafood, farm to table creative cuisine. The restaurant raised its own oysters on a 2 acres farm in Barnstable and has a vegetable and herb garden from spring to fall.

The Chef is responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, providing professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality.
Creates exciting, creative menus of your private parties and special events.
Chef specials are also offered daily in addition to our menu, a great opportunity to showcase our talent.
This is a working chef position accountable for labor & food cost, as well as maintenance of equipment.

Ideal candidate will be creative, passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to handle large volume. Previous experience in fine dining establishment is REQUIRED. Must have hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage, motivate, teach a diverse staff and create a positive work .
