Larkspur Restaurant Pastry Chef: Seeking an experienced professional chef with prior experience in the following areas; cooking in fine dining a la carte environment with emphasis on quality and seasonality of product, managing, hiring,training and scheduling employees, holding both employees and self to the standards of the BOH operations set by the executive chef and the business, following and furthering operating systems, overseeing the pastry BOH product and staff in a multi-faceted restaurant (includes retail market, lunch, apres ski and dinner services) Opportunities: To work in a professional, product focused, well organized environment with the talented and well staffed team of a hospitality driven restaurant.
